Our turnover rate is actually quite low compared to the national average (17% compared to 43%), however, we do work hard to determine if a role with Clark Associates will be the best fit for someone within their first 60 days, so it makes sense that it would feel like turnover during the first three months is higher. Ultimately, we want to make sure early on that a role is going to be the best long term position for both the company and the employee's sake and give employees the opportunity to find something better for them early on if it doesn't seem like a role with Clark is the best fit. That said, our intention is never to make employees feel replaceable or like they aren't valued which is why we offer the benefits we do and provide constant feedback to try and help employees continue to improve and grow.
