Cons
-Work-Life balance can become difficult as you take on more responsibility and develop a team. It eventually comes full circle once your team is fully developed though. -Younger management: it's a learning curve on how to handle situations and develop people, but that is going to be experienced any where. They've also invested more into management classes to help younger managers learn the ropes.
