While speaking directly with managers is encouraged, employees can access an anonymous online form to share concerns or feedback directly with the Employee Experience team. Our goal is to provide each employee with open communication, in multiple formats. We perform regular market industry compensation evaluations and look to provide competitive pay and benefits, which includes the Content Department at the WebstaurantStore. Content has a calendar of events – required industry trainings, optional professional development and social events as well as individual team training with the Expert Review Team on industry topics. We take your concerns seriously and your review has been shared with senior management for further review.
