Pros

Company party, tries to make it a fun workplace. good place to get experience when you have none

Cons

Straight up told me I make too much and that I would not be receiving any more raises - ever Egotistic management, will try to fire you if you hurt the ego Will overwork you- only bring on new employees once you are drowning Fired me days before I became eligible for more benefits Took away one of the huge benefits of working there when CEO changed

Clark Associates Response

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Clark Associates is a growing company and is actively hiring to address the challenge of getting the right people on our teams so our staff does not feel overworked. Management at Clark desires to support and pay employees well and provide them with opportunities for growth. This is evidenced through leadership who started at the company in entry-level positions. We promote from within frequently and that can be seen throughout our purchasing department and across the company. Turnover in the purchasing department is at an all-time low through the CEO change despite turnover being much higher in the American economy. We credit this to a strong work-life balance for employees and encourage employees to speak to their managers with any concerns regarding compensation and workload. I am sorry you have had a negative experience. This is not an experience we want our employees to have and your comments speak of actions against the culture we are trying to develop and maintain. Your feedback has been shared with management for further review.
