If you are looking to be a part of a fast growing, competitive company, Clark Associates is the perfect fit. This company provides endless opportunities for you to grow. Since joining Clarks, I have been able to grow into new roles and take on new responsibilities with that. I am not confined to one particular task, if new task come along, Clark’s trust their employees to learn and to take on these new responsibilities. The management puts a lot of trust into their employees which is a nice change. This company makes work enjoyable, allows you to grow, and is constantly pushing you to be the best you can be.
Cons
The company is growing and with growth comes change. You have to be able to adapt to the new change quickly. I would rather be a part of a company that is constantly growing and providing new opportunities than be part of one that has reached its peak and has no place left to go.
