The reason they give so much experience to young people is because anyone with options flees like it's the plague. They make everything much more difficult than it needs to be. Turnover factory because no one wants to do extra hours of unnecessary work all inside an extremely tense culture. Never seen a company do things so backwards in precon because its "the Clark way" and then when it doesn't work out they are surprised. In many Clark regions they lose their competitiveness as soon as the market is good and subcontractors have a choice of who they will work with. There are so many incredible regional subs that wont touch Clark.
The only people that last here are Clark Lifers or people who came from even more toxic offices who dont realize how backwards the Clark culture is
