Extremely competitive environment. On site weekend work is mandatory and typically 1-2 weekends a month, 7am-5pm. Typical work day is from 7am-6pm for project management staff. 6am to 5pm for field staff. Minimal vacation days are provided and vacation is discouraged unless it aligns with your project schedule. Projects are heavily staffed with inexperienced new hires out of college. Company is mysteriously owned by upper management group but they will not disclose who is part of this ownership.
