Pros

The people at Clark are incredible. They are undoubtedly some of the hardest working, intelligent, and engaging people I have ever met, and I consider myself lucky for having had the opportunity to work there. If you are considering working there, employees interviewing you will tell you their favorite thing about the company is the people they work with. It's something you have to experience firsthand to understand. No matter where I am living or working, I will always feel like a part of the family.

Cons

Clark could be more intentional about embracing the digitization of the construction industry on a broader scale than at the highest levels of the corporation. Engage the young engineers in these discussions. Focus discussions about innovation on the big-picture problems facing the industry, not just improving a simple process specific to the day-to-day tasks like reducing clicks. Perhaps a place to start is by modernizing the culture. Embrace change, because its happening with or without us.

-Interesting projects -Exposure within the industry

Cons

-Almost every review I’ve seen everyone says over worked. They say it’s the industry but Clark is known in the construction world for that. Working 12 hours in the field in normal and expected. - they favor certain people and make them little mentees under long term employees. Those people are then given a gold star. -Departments who you think would care about their people ( HR and Communications do not) -become so woke yet don’t actually react -Make the new vacation policy look like a benefit but it’s actually less time and keeps them from having to pay out if you leave - take pride in “safety” but expect you to drive to work in a snowstorm because they cleared the parking lot. The amount of people that were amazed at that email is insane.
