Pros
My favorite reasons for working at Clark: 1). Love the people - collaborative, hard working and fun, smart, direct and thoughtful communication, leaders care about developing their team members. 2). We build cool things - We are in 20+ different market sectors, and do high quality, amazing projects. For example, it was awesome watching 3 of the 5 NBA championship games played in Chase Arena...we built that! 3). Values - My colleagues live the values of our organization every day! One other benefit is how invested the company is in developing talent and proactively identifying opportunities for our colleagues. I ask other colleagues why they stay, and one of the biggest reasons is because they feel like the leaders care and are invested in their future. This comes out in the proactive identification of opportunities for folks to grow!
