Pros

-Great starting pay, especially when you are coming just out of college. -At the headquarters, most of the finance/accounting team is comprised of people aged 22-30, so if you get a job at Clark right after you graduate college, you'll fit in well. -At least in my experience, I was able to get my hands on a bunch of things that really boosted my experience and knowledge about a lot of different aspects of the company.

Cons

-If you are looking to climb the ladder so to speak, unfortunately not the place to do so. Title promotions typically happen every 2 years which is pretty standard, but unfortunately, the title promotions do not result in an increase to the market pay of said title. In some cases not even close. -High turnover rate: Especially in the finance/accounting department of the headquarters. During my roughly 2.5 years there, there were about 7-8 people just in my department that came in and left within 2 years. For that department, that is far higher than the turnover should be. This is underscored by the fact that most of that department is between the ages of 22-30. -Lots of weekend work. Most of it was unplanned weekend work, as in, "oh no, an issue pops up on Friday. Guess we're gonna have to work this weekend to fix it". A few of those is fine, but eventually it started to get to be every weekend, and you start to realize that it would be nice if you could spend more time with your family. I averaged close to 60 hours a week. -Not the best leadership. I can only speak to the leaders within the Finance/Accounting Department, but they were not very good at being leaders.
