Pros
Speaking from my experience: good people that are great resources whenever you have a question or need to understand something. I believe the company is working to get better at retaining their people. Rewarding those who are truly working hard as turnover seems to be very common among employees at all levels. I think the saying “if you need work to get done, give it to the busiest person”, is true at Clark. It’s really up to you to decided what amount of effort to put in. If you grind, you will be rewarded.
Cons
For cons: yes, it’s long hours but that’s just the industry. At first, entry level positions are given a lot of responsibility with expectations to figure it out. While tough at first, it ends up being good in the long run.
