Pros
Clark has a wide variety of projects, is a stable company, and provides decent benefits. Most of the people are good to work with - they are professional, always willing to help, and have great personalities. The company is largely open to innovation and desires to drive change in the industry. Even at entry levels, employees are given high level responsibilities. Clark offers many training opportunities, and there is always someone in the organization who is an expert in a particular area and is willing to help.
Cons
Work life balance is nearly nonexistent. Upper management has little willingness to change in this area. Employees are constantly exhausted, and there is a lot of turnover. It's impossible to enjoy any of the "pros" listed above if you're burned out.
