      Well recognized organization. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Inexperienced management. No respect for people doing actual work and taking more responsibilities away from upper management. Co-worker environment is very phony for the most part, be prepared to be stabbed in the back or thrown under the bus a few times per week.
