We would like to clarify certain concerns that you mentioned, specifically regarding salary adjustments. We use at least three national, reputable compensation sources to regularly evaluate our compensation benchmarks and stay up to date on industry standards, along with performance evaluations to compensate our associates appropriately. Our people managers do collaborate with our human resources and operations teams to ensure adjustments are made appropriately once per year (at the end the end of the fiscal year). Regarding policy changes, we assure you that our procedures involve a multifaceted process that includes the highest levels of our organization. Our intent is for management to be supportive and to foster an environment where employees feel heard and valued while balancing the cost and effectiveness that are required to run a business.
