Pros

The children and some of the families were amazing, Flexible schedule was nice (even though I hardly got hours), provided trainings in various areas

Cons

Little respect for employees, A lot of rude people in management with unreasonable expectations, lousy pay(not nearly enough for all the work you do), way too many TSS's yet I couldn't even get 10 hrs/wk

Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
