Pros
Many people in the company "hang in there" because they genuinely care about the consumers. They have a lot of locations and are expanding programs other than wraparound. The company does offer full time salary employees benefits
Cons
Unfortunately families and children are not able to get high quality service. They claim to do ABA with children but only the autism directors know how (but their assignments change every couple months and they leave bc of low quality treatment and pay. The clinical supervisors dont have any clinical role or responsibilities- we had it explicitly said that we are to meet the unreasonable productivity expectations. We were also told to hire anyone to just get the hours filled.
