      Pros

      They seem to be flexible with workers who have children. You can bring your children to work.

      Cons

      CONSTANT turnover, no organization or streamlined communication. Three buyouts in three years. HR is not there to support you and can be very clique-ish. You are just a number at this job. Upper management only cares about themselves and they don't put themselves in other people's shoes. Lack of understanding or desire to.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
