Pros

Easy work, pick your own schedule, friendly people

Cons

First con of many would have to be the terrible hours. Staff are lucky if they can even get in 20 hours a week. On top of this the pay is absolutely horrid for a field that requires a college degree, $12-14 depending if you take their benefits, which come in inconvenient packages. At 20 hours, this pay roughly equals a salary of around $12,000. (A full time minimum wage worker can earn a salary of just under $14,000.) You do get a little more compensation with all of the unnecessary paperwork, meetings, and all the hours of travel time you do each day. Let's not forget that some of the working environments are poor as you will be going into the homes of low income families. (Which can be very dangerous too) If you are a recent college grad or have a degree that qualifies to work in this field, do yourself a favor and do not take a job with this company. Although the work is very easy someone with a high school diploma or even less can easily do this job. The work experience and pay are well below what someone with a bachelor's degree or master's degree should be doing.

Pros

Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
