Co-Workers are very encouraging and dependable. They understand the struggles you face in the job because they do as well.

Cons

Poor management. It seems that direct supervisors only care about money, even when it isn’t the workers fault about missed sessions. No room for advancement.

Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
