      Pros

      Absolutely love the entirety of the staff I work with in every level of the company I know. Great company culture. Everyone works hard & is in it for the right reasons, all the way to executive management.

      Cons

      It's a lot of work. Not just my job, but everybody's. Not everyone can handle it, but very rewarding if you can.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
