Thank you for your feedback! We are thankful that you were able to identify some of the pros to working at Classical.
We do have high expectations for staff and students but we try to balance those expectations with high levels of support where necessary. And while our staff turnover is improving, we are constantly looking for ways to make working at Classical rewarding and sustainable for all of our staff.
