Pros
The work is very easy and the pay is great. It is very much a - come in, do your job, don't complain, go home, get paid - type of job. Working with veterans is nice but can also be horrible when they are rude. Overall it is fine.
Cons
The benefits are terrible and corporate is useless. The company has expanded so rapidly that there is not enough support at corporate to feel like people in the clinics are being heard. Benefits are very expensive for terrible healthcare policies and PTO is horrendous. You also have to get management 30 days notice to use PTO which hard to do. There is no personal control over your own schedule as a provider. The veteran patient base can be very difficult to work with and there are a lot of exaggerators who come in for testing. The job can get very boring after a while and there is no treatment aspect to it which can feel a lot like you aren't helping people.
