Only pro really is work hours and not having to diagnose/prescribe. Doesn't outweigh cons.

Terrible management, none of the management is healthcare/providers, so they truly do not understand what it means to work in healthcare or how to manage, they don't answer any of your questions, never email back, aren't able to update you on benefit package, recently bought out by ExamWorks and its a cluster. They are not honest with changes happening within the company and will let you go if you speak poorly about management. Benefit package is terrible. Pretty much no PTO or sick leave. If you don't have extra money for health insurance, do not accept this position. You will be paying SO much for benefits and aren't able to contribute to 401K until 1 year of employment, and by then you will likely hate it or be let go if you speak out. There is no clear communication or transparency in this company. They hide things from you on purpose and treat you poorly, COO is awful, only reason he has the position is because his dad started the company, he has no idea how to manage or act as a professional. While work hours are decent, this has been the worst job I have ever had as a NP or in general.
