Clayco is made up of hard working, loyal, and dedicated people. When I started here I was looking not just for a job, but a career that would last, and it's the people here that have made that possible. We are not just co-workers... we are friends and mentors. Clayco builds buildings that we are proud of, I love seeing a Clayco banners flying around town because I know it's going to be a facility where great things happen!
Cons
We are a deadline driven industry, which occasionally calls for long hours to be sure we meet the deadline. We do what it takes to get the job done and management respects our dedication to the project.
