      This is a company with a lot of potential and good ideas

      Cons

      Lack of communication, upper management don't talk to mid management. In the Chicago office they have an executive assistant and she feels she is everybody's boss, she is just an arrogant person whose boss gave her some power and she uses it only to pamper and protect her "buddies" in the office.
