      Toxic work environment - IT Service Desk Technician Clayco Employee Review

      Catered lunch everyday for employees.

      Cons

      Company does not have a human resources department despite having thousands and thousands of employees. Executives are degrading and disrespectful and no HR to report that to. Understaffed in the IT department and expected to work extreme on call hours when it was your turn in the rotation. Expected to work normal shift and entire evening until 9pm during the week, then had to be available Saturday and Sunday from 7 AM- 9PM.

      Thank for your review. Typically, Construction as well as Information Technology Departments have to work outside Monday through Friday working hours. Sometimes shift rotation is necessary to accomodate our demanding clients and still maintain work/life balance. We are grateful for our IT support.
