Great facilities. Central location, bus passes provided and there is plenty of work. Human resources department very efficient. Compensation reasonable.

Ratio of management to revenue producing employees criminally out of whack. Cliques are rampant, specifically from workers coming over from other companies. Promotions based more on popularity as opposed to merit. Revenue producing workers are not valued and are continually beaten down by an unfair grading system.
