Pros
Mmm... Well... Direct deposit seems to be almost flawless. 20% discount on Verizon products. Plenty of overtime. Company phone so you can take your work home with you. If you do your job well, you can do the work of others too.
Cons
Always short handed putting unrealistic expectations on others to carry the work load. Work hours consistently push the legal limits of DOT compliance (14 hr days). Hiring process can be 60-90 days. Corporate mandates the use of their "preferred national vendors" who charge more and have ruined long standing relationships with the smaller local guys that I have to see at my kids baseball games.
