Pros
Flexibility in the manner in which you complete tasks exists; Wellness incentives; Great team effort put forth by most; Management will offer support, if you drive home the importance of it; In general, people try to get along and make things work for all; Benefits package is ok, far from great. Safety is emphasized greatly, in some respect.
Cons
Management should be more supportive without one having to push so hard for it; As a team, we should work more efficiently, there are way too many people trying to "milk" the company for overtime or just avoid doing their fair share of work; 401k plan is more like an employee driven savings acct (w no company match); health care is constantly rising, people are going around sick in effort to avoid going into debt for medical care; annual raises and bonus incentives are non-existent for hourly workers; low morale by most, due to loss of or increase in costs of, so many benefits & anxiety about the future (stability) of jobs; Safety is borderline compromised, at times, for the sake of productivity....at no time should One's safety take a backseat to productivity.
