Has a decent medical plan.
Cons
Underpaid, overworked, only two weeks holidays in the first 5 years. Drivers are disgruntled, but won’t leave due to lack of other employment opportunities. As soon as something comes up that is better, many would leave. Most equipment is older and in need of replacement, but too high of capital costs.
