      Pros

      Spectrum of job variety is the best part of Clean Harbors. No other company in the US does what they do, on so many levels. Trainings they provide are also best in the country. Having Clean Harbors on your resume boosts your career. Money is good if you are willing to work. Average benefits, but still more than other companies offer.

      Cons

      Zero work life balance, extremely poor management, no career path, no possibilities to advance, especially if you mess with the “right” people

      Thank you for sharing the pros. Safety is our number one priority at Clean Harbors, so we are happy to hear that you are satisfied by our training processes. As for the cons, I see that you no longer work here, but we recently administered an Employee Engagement Survey to get feedback from our employees. We are developing action plans to enhance the employee experience at Clean Harbors using the survey results.

      Pros

      Plenty of hours between 75 to 80 hours a week minimum. Good place to get experience as a stepping stone.

      Cons

      You're always on call it is mandatory that you work three weekends a month both Saturday and Sunday including the 5-day work weeks Monday through Friday Technician. As a coordinator you work 6 day work weeks Sunday through Friday you only get Saturdays off it's a salary based position so you get no compensation if you work over 8 hours a day as a coordinator and you will work more than 8 hours a day your minimum will be 12 to 14 hours a day up to a maximum of 18 hours a day regularly.
