Pros

Great company when it comes to benefits

Cons

Although the company has a great training program when it comes to online training, they are terrible at training their new management when it come to policies and their systems. They are also terrible at standing behind their employees when working in InsIte programs during this pandemic.

Thank you for your feedback. COVID definitely has been a challenge for all. There is ongoing training for all levels of employees at CH throughout the year. Safety is and remains a top priority at CH.

Pros

Plenty of hours between 75 to 80 hours a week minimum. Good place to get experience as a stepping stone.

Cons

You're always on call it is mandatory that you work three weekends a month both Saturday and Sunday including the 5-day work weeks Monday through Friday Technician. As a coordinator you work 6 day work weeks Sunday through Friday you only get Saturdays off it's a salary based position so you get no compensation if you work over 8 hours a day as a coordinator and you will work more than 8 hours a day your minimum will be 12 to 14 hours a day up to a maximum of 18 hours a day regularly.
