Pros

The people at the branch level.

Cons

Pretty much everything.. Sales managers that have never been in sales. They only care about CRM Scorecard so they look good to upper management. Under paid for what you do. Management only care about how they look.. No pay increases in 12 years. Your job is constantly threated. Company pushes parts washers even though it is a dying part of company. Now that clean harbors has taken over things are worse. Sales have to been in at 7 am same as drivers. Drivers leave around 2:30 and when sales leave at 4:30 it is an issue. Then sales is told the drivers are to busy to get work done even though they leave early.

Pros

Plenty of hours between 75 to 80 hours a week minimum. Good place to get experience as a stepping stone.

Cons

You're always on call it is mandatory that you work three weekends a month both Saturday and Sunday including the 5-day work weeks Monday through Friday Technician. As a coordinator you work 6 day work weeks Sunday through Friday you only get Saturdays off it's a salary based position so you get no compensation if you work over 8 hours a day as a coordinator and you will work more than 8 hours a day your minimum will be 12 to 14 hours a day up to a maximum of 18 hours a day regularly.
