Pros

By the time I left, I can think of no pros.

Cons

I used to love my job. Sure, I had a tough manager with high expectations. Sure, I was a little underpaid, but I was happy. The "management" of our department was moved to massachusetts, and they seemed not to care, honestly, about the customers, the safety-kleen name, or about keeping business. There were reports due weekly, more work than one person could possibly keep up with, and zero appreciation. Zero. Long story short, if I still loved my job, I wouldn't have left for a job 20 miles further away from my house.

Pros

Plenty of hours between 75 to 80 hours a week minimum. Good place to get experience as a stepping stone.

Cons

You're always on call it is mandatory that you work three weekends a month both Saturday and Sunday including the 5-day work weeks Monday through Friday Technician. As a coordinator you work 6 day work weeks Sunday through Friday you only get Saturdays off it's a salary based position so you get no compensation if you work over 8 hours a day as a coordinator and you will work more than 8 hours a day your minimum will be 12 to 14 hours a day up to a maximum of 18 hours a day regularly.
