really none, welfare is a more desirable option than being abused and under paid while expected to work 27 hours a day for no pay
Cons
if you are good and knowledgeable at your job, you will be training your manager/supervisor who will take all the credit for your knowledge and set you up for his incompetence while expecting you to overlook and support unsafe and outright illegal practices that are commonplace
