Pros

None, People treat you terrible and only care about themselves.

Cons

The Owner Allan McKim only cares about Buying More Companies and Revenue. Here you are not even a number, you are a Grunt and the Pay is sub standard for all that you do. Training and Safety seem legit at first, Then you realize that it is all a big show of smoke and mirrors. Your Managers or Directors are not qualified for their positions in the first place, It is a total comedy skit to see these guys try to run a Branch or Branches. They are completely out of touch with reality , They do not care about you or your concerns. The whole group of top executives and Managers are Corrupt and Very Dishonest. One covers for the other because it is a good ole boy club. Any issues you bring up such as Safety or a complaint about your Manager will be overlooked by his boss. If you like Being stabbed in the back when a real concern comes up, then this might be the company for you. A Bunch of Totally dishonest People left to run amok and get away with it all. The CEO Allan never monitors or cares for that matter that employees are leaving in record numbers. Beware of this company !

Plenty of hours between 75 to 80 hours a week minimum. Good place to get experience as a stepping stone.

Cons

You're always on call it is mandatory that you work three weekends a month both Saturday and Sunday including the 5-day work weeks Monday through Friday Technician. As a coordinator you work 6 day work weeks Sunday through Friday you only get Saturdays off it's a salary based position so you get no compensation if you work over 8 hours a day as a coordinator and you will work more than 8 hours a day your minimum will be 12 to 14 hours a day up to a maximum of 18 hours a day regularly.
