Great place to work if you're a man.
Cons
They actively avoid interviewing and hiring women for VP level roles and above. A few of us have tested our theory by creating fake, near-duplicate resumes and applications under MEN'S names. Those 'applicants' were interviewed! The WOMEN with BETTER credentials, more years, more accomplishments, and more relevant experiences were IGNORED!! This is absolutely ridiculous, and we are going to take action if this is not rectified immediately!
