Pros
The people I work with are amazing individuals who appreciate the IT support that I provide. Also, my boss is amazing and I couldn't ask for a better one.
Cons
The upper management seems to have some disconnect from the skilled workers. Also, there are a lot of questions regarding he decisions that management makes. Finally, while it seemed growth and promotion were more likely when I first hired on, that possibility has seemed to decrease since then.
