Pros

Nothing that I can think of. Maybe salary on time.

Cons

Toxic Work Environment with Poor Leadership Working at Clean harbours has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The company’s culture is toxic, and leadership seems uninterested in fostering a positive work environment. Instead of being supportive and encouraging, management creates a complicated, high-pressure atmosphere where employees are treated like mere tools, rather than valued team members. The leadership’s lack of communication and disregard for employee concerns is truly alarming. They don’t listen to feedback or address issues, leaving employees to feel unheard and undervalued. There’s a noticeable lack of empathy and respect for workers, and the work-life balance is non-existent. Employees are expected to put in long hours without recognition or support, and any attempt to raise concerns about workloads or working conditions is met with indifference. If you’re looking for a workplace that values its employees, fosters growth, and supports a healthy work-life balance, I would strongly advise against joining this vision-less organisation. The environment here is soul-draining, and it’s clear that leadership needs a complete overhaul.

Pros

Plenty of hours between 75 to 80 hours a week minimum. Good place to get experience as a stepping stone.

Cons

You're always on call it is mandatory that you work three weekends a month both Saturday and Sunday including the 5-day work weeks Monday through Friday Technician. As a coordinator you work 6 day work weeks Sunday through Friday you only get Saturdays off it's a salary based position so you get no compensation if you work over 8 hours a day as a coordinator and you will work more than 8 hours a day your minimum will be 12 to 14 hours a day up to a maximum of 18 hours a day regularly.
