Pros

Nothing that I can think of except paying salary on time.

Cons

Poor Leadership: Upper management lacks direction and fails to lead by example. They don’t listen to feedback or address issues, leaving employees to feel unheard and undervalued. There’s a noticeable lack of empathy and respect for workers No Work-Life Balance: Employees are overworked with constant demands to stay late or work weekends, making it nearly impossible to have a personal life. Office Politics: Promotions and recognition are more about who you know than what you achieve. Favoritism and cliques dominate the workplace. Toxic Work Environment: The culture is demoralizing, with frequent backstabbing, blame-shifting, and a general lack of trust among teams. Micromanagement: Managers insist on controlling every minor detail, leaving no room for creativity or independent problem-solving. This creates unnecessary stress and frustration for employees.

Pros

Plenty of hours between 75 to 80 hours a week minimum. Good place to get experience as a stepping stone.

Cons

You're always on call it is mandatory that you work three weekends a month both Saturday and Sunday including the 5-day work weeks Monday through Friday Technician. As a coordinator you work 6 day work weeks Sunday through Friday you only get Saturdays off it's a salary based position so you get no compensation if you work over 8 hours a day as a coordinator and you will work more than 8 hours a day your minimum will be 12 to 14 hours a day up to a maximum of 18 hours a day regularly.
