Employees are incredibly overworked. Everyone is stressed all the time because always behind and management treats you like garbage if you don't work overtime. There are people here working 70 hours a week. But if you have a life and a family to get home to, of course you want to do your work and get home. But that doesnt fly here, automatically youre "not a team player" because you dont want overtime every single week or day. There are a couple managers in particular who are absolutely cruel to the workers and it's not okay but upper management looks past it.
