No work and home balance… working to many hours - Production Clean Uniform Employee Review

You are always told that you aren’t a team player if you don’t work more than 10 hours a day. There is no balance to work and home life. Management could care less what you have going on outside of work. You can’t make plans to do anything because at the last minute you are required to work overtime. You are supposed to have weekends off but there have been more Saturdays worked then off.
