Pros
You are told in training that they are a "grassroots non-profit" when, in fact, CWA is a 501(c)4 -- a political lobbying organization with "substantial efforts for the social good." Great way to lose a few pounds if you don't walk enough each day!
Cons
Extremely high turn-over. More than 75% of new employees will be fired within the first 1-3 days canvassing for 'lacking potential' and being unlikely to meet daily quota. For a social welfare organization, a great deal of donations collected seem like they just go right into the canvassers pocket to pay their hourly wage.
