For the physical and mental demands that the job puts on you, the $10/hour you make if you manage to meet your goals is not sufficient. Even worse, you only make minimum wage if you do not meet your fundraising goals. Progressive organizations everywhere, regardless of their main focus, should provide a living wage to all employees.
