Pros
Pretends to be all for a good cause and looks good on paper.
Cons
10 minutes into my first "training session," the manager emerged from his back office and pulled me into the copy room to tell me my body odor was so offensive, they had to "reschedule" my first day. That made sense since it was raining and I had ran to the bus, but well, the next time I showered just before leaving and applied my usual deodorant and a drop of perfume, and sure enough, he said the problem was "unresolved," that my smell was "terrible," and that I would be unfit to work for them. His tone was cruel and insensitive, and he had the gall to say that this conversation was "difficult for HIM to have twice in 2 days." Everyone else in the place was friendly and never indicated any offense about a smell coming from me, which none of my friends could detect afterward either. The funny thing is, he hardly even passed me either day, leaving him a suspicious handful of SECONDS to detect my supposedly unbearable smell. I'm a transgender woman and there's no doubt in my mind that this is their form of legal discrimination. DON'T waste your time, money, and energy like I did- They WILL hire you, but the management clearly has final hiring/firing power over anyone they dont like the looks of.
