Sometimes a difficult work environment for longevity. Very suseptible to burnout which leads to high turnover rate and employee dissatisfaction. Management needs to review their policies in order to support people coming in the door instead of only looking at fundraising numbers because they are stuck in a revolving door of training new employees who are stressed about their job instead of supporting current and incoming employees.
