Uncaring rude management. For some reason they hire people with good skill and knowledge, but when you give your opinion and reasons for doing something the right way, they don't take the advice. When they Hire you they talk about "pow pow days" (snow days), but take heed you'll never get one if you work there. The Raises/Reviews were always with out fail 6 months or more late. Quite simply management will lie to you, and then lie again to cover up the first lie.
