Pros
If you are a robot and nothing else and you can do 50hr weeks - processing volumes of reports - 100 a day expectation with a hawkish gestapo overhead and ridiculous pressure for more more more - then maybe that's a positive for you. And oh, if you never want to see your family ever - sleep 3 hrs a night - this is your gig.
Cons
Absolutely inhumane management. Baby sick, not a family emergency - give us a 48 hour notice - really? If you are smart, you are doomed to be picked on and sat on. Where in the world do you have teenagers managing MBAs? Most ridiculous system of divide and rule. Felt my neck knot up going to work and felt like a pressure cooker release leaving.
