Pros
CC is flexible with working remote over time, needing to work from home if you have a sick child. So much room for upward mobility and even if you don't want to, or you are better suited at the individual contributor level, the job is easy if you aren't a slack jawed loser. Well unless you are in tech. If you get the right manager/ lead and you don't constantly screw up, this place will reward you. Managers are hit or miss but mine is great and most people that know this manager would follow them to the ends of the Earth.
Cons
I have to channel the mind set of some of the other reviews, so here we go. CC does not reward people equally. Why do some people, who go the extra mile every day, get similar pay to those that phone it in. My college professor and the Vegan Alliance for Human Rights says I'm entitled to a 6 figure income. The level of favoritism on blant display for those with demonstrated competence is mind blowing and just down right offensive. If you don't show up to work on time and meet goals it could lead to write ups. This company needs to step into the 21st century.
