Pros

Pay is good, culture is good. Great health benefits, plus availability of 401k at starting poditions. They give a lot of free food and swag. The work is pretty straightforward, and there's a lot of opportunity for upward mobility if you have a good work ethic and put yourself out there when opportunities to help out arrive. Lots of internal movement available too laterally, so if you don't like the work you are doing, you can probably get moved to another part of the job, particularly since there's a lot of cross training between departments anyway. The CEO, Duane, is really nice and if you stay for any length of time you will meet him - he is involved, not just a face somewhere in the company's information. Higher management in particular is super friendly, and the movements the company makes are genuinely aimed at improving things for as many people as possible, so when new things happen, if you're paying attention, you'll find they feel beneficial to the world rather than just the company (not that they don't benefit the company - that would be bad). They like to treat their employees like people, and are not reliant on negative reinforcement (corrective action) to get good work. They seem rare, and generally earned. Never had a job half this good before.

Cons

Sometimes excessive OT in sudden demand. Depending on the department and volume, 10 hours mandatory a week can happen. If you've ever worked other volume based jobs, this is pretty normal. They are good about not shorting you your 40 hours though as long as you cross train (which is an expectation at hire) and don't want to leave early. Occasionally appears to be favoritism, but the longer I stay the more I think it's just people making themselves valuable in ways that aren't always obvious at entry level roles. The people in higher roles usually have the knowledge and intellect to support their position. And you don't have to be friends personally with managers to get promoted if you work well, and volunteer to help with projects and such that let you show your initiative and skill. Really just basic career success stuff.
